Rag joint replacement, steering wheel not center

I replace the rag joint and buttoned it all up. I took the truck for a drive and noticed that the steering wheel is not center when the wheels are. Can I take the steering wheel off and recenter it, or do I need to go back to the rag joint?

You can simply pull the steering wheel and re-clock (center) it.
