Well, we put more fuel in it today and took it out on the interstate to blow it out. Also put Lucas in it. At first it was a little rough but then went great for about 20 miles and back. Unless something else happens I think it may have been trash from the whole fuel filter issue. My plan for good measure is to change the fuel filter again in a few weeks after I have gotten some of that stuff worked out. Now that I know how to change it and how easy it is, that will be done by me in the future on a regular basis. Thank you all for your thoughts and input. I truly appreciate it.

The in-tank mods are still a good idea when you can get to it.

It was only making 10-12lbs of boost before I snugged up the intercooler/plenum boots. Im sure that helped, but the boots all need to come off, get cleaned up, reinstalled and checked for leaks. I could try to stop by on my way home and help y'all do this.

Hi Guys, I wanted to update you on what I got fixed so you would know what this problem was. I replaced both wiring harnesses, fixed the boost leaks and while I was at it had the two glow plugs fixed. She is running like a champ! Many to thanks to Jason for his help and suggestions as well. Maybe this information may help someone.
