If you want to eliminate the A/C compressor there is idler pulley with bracket that bolts in place of the compressor available from many places including summitracing for under $35

 

I deleted the smog pump on a 92 F150 (5.0) by simply rerouting the belt last year. Didn't work on the 95 F150 (351) though. My 96 never had a smog pump, it's got a facotry smog delete pulley though to replace the pump. The Mustang delete pulleys fit the turck and van FEAD setups.
