I'm looking into buying a MBRP 4 inch Single Exhaust System - XP Series - T409 STAINLESS - 03-07 Ford 6.0L Turbo Back (Stock Cat), EC/CC for my 06 F350 Lariat Automatic.

Is this a good exhaust for my truck?

 

Or should I get the MBRP 4 inch Single Exhaust System - Black Series - Powder Coated - 03-07 Ford 6.0L Turbo Back (Stock Cat), EC/CC

 

MBRP is a great exhaust several of us use it, mine has been on my truck for just about 6 years now, I live in the rust belt and it still looks good, my advice would be get the SS it will last forever and I believe comes with a life time warranty.

You wont be disappointed.
