1968 F350 crew cab

Here's how one of the Dentside guys made a headliner for his Supercab. Same principle would apply to Crews:
1979 Ford F250 4x4 - Supercab Headliner Project
My grandmother had one of those under-dash a/c units in her Falcon when I was a kid. That thing would freeze you out, and that's saying something when you live in Texas.

Our farm mechanic made a headliner for our '66 f600 grain truck. The guy is a genius at repurposing things. Im going to try to get him to make one for this truck also. Cant remember what he made it out of though. It didnt last long because the roof is swiss cheese and the water made it warp and fall. But the truck gets driven two weeks out of the year so its not a big deal. I saw on another forum that you can use two headliners to make one for a crew cab. Could you? Mine appears to have been a two piece deal.

I pictured it done. Candy black cherry with silver ghost flames up front on fenders and hood. Silver also ghosted on grille and headlamp doors. Dually bed installed. No chrome. No reflectors. Color-keyed dually wheels with small silver ghost flames horizontilly painted next to each wheel hole (not the lug holes). 390 supercharged SMOKIN' the duallys LARGE. OOOO. I'm gonna have to go clean up.
Whadda you guys think? Not to hijack the thread but let's give the OP some ideas.

Quick update. Got the truck back up and running. Had to replace the engine. My number 7 cylinder looked like a hand grenade went off in it. Over half of the cylinder and the piston was in pieces. Still not sure what happened. Truck runs great, doesn't pull left or right at 60 mph, has excellent brakes, transmission is in great shape, and every light works except the left tail light and gauge bezel lights. Getting a bed, paint, and installing other things ( radio, speakers, new seats, headliner, etc.) will have to wait until im not as busy with college work. Ill try to post some pictures later.
