Squeaky sticky clutch pedal

Squeaky sticky clutch pedal
Ok, I bought a 96 f150 for 500$ that had been sitting for 5 years. I've put some time and money into it and its all set for the road now. Only problem being after a few mins of driving the clutch gets sticky and squeaks. When I first bought it, it was sticking bad and has kind of improved slightly to where it's at now. I can't feel or hear anything in the master cylinder, I can however hear it in the bell housing. Would this just be a throwout bearing? Rust build on the shaft? Slave sticking after sitting for so long? I'm dropping the trans on Friday, just wondering what I should purchase. Throwout for sure.
Any input will help thanks

If your dropping the trans & plan to keep & drive this you might as well replace slave, T/O, clutch, disc, & master cylinder.
The other option would be to try & spray some Deep Creep or a good Teflon spray through the clutch fork hole in the bell housing & see if that helps, if memory serves me the slave & T/O bearing are one unit that slide on the trans collar.

Just looked on O Reillys website the slave cyl & clutch release bearing assembly, as they call it is $49.99, just the bearing is $61.99.
