Silverstar bulbs were a nice improvement. KD Fabworks Brackets and Harness are fantastic. The quality is exceptional. The light bar was very nice, but too short. I would've had to drill holes in the bumper which was more effort than I was willing to exert. So I did some shopping around and research. The total length of the bar needs to be around 21.5" for the brackets to work.
I decided to give this one a shot:
Because it is 270W, it will need an interposing relay to run off the fog light circuit without blowing the fog light fuse.
Quick maths show this will draw 270W/14.4V = 18.75A. So I will fuse it at 25 or 30A and use these relays:
Parts will be here Monday. Hopefully I can get it installed next week.

The new light was awesome but the dimensions were inaccurate so it also did not fit. It was too long.... My wife has suggested putting this money towards HID projector upgrade instead because I would get more use of it. I am starting to think she is right. We will see what happens. I still want a light bar even if I do that though.

I would wholeheartedly recommend the projector upgrade. They're are some awesome projectors on the market now. Some that are even bi-LED. It was easily the best upgrade as far as lighting you can do for normal driving. A light bar is great but you can use it in place of your high beams. As for that light bar... you do know a 30" fits in the grille right
I'm looking at the 30" of this bar. Seems to be the best of both worlds dual row chips single row housing. Might work for your location though it's 22 inches wide with the brakets so i think that should work in the slot in the center of the bumper.

I did look at that light bar. I'll figure out what to do after the new year. I don't want to send the KD Fabworks brackets back. They are really nice.
Where did you get your headlights? I was looking at this: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/pr...t-package.html
I have factory 05 housings. I was going to order a set of cheapos off ebay for the conversion.

I've got an OEM (i think i can double check) passenger light sitting in my basement. I bought cheapos for my projector retrofits...i agree with 02TB i havent driven the truck lol but just shining the lights side by side into my driveway...damn its going to be the best lighting out of all out cars...even the Kia that has stock HIDs!
I went with these: https://www.theretrofitsource.com/pr...s-stage-3.html
I recommend getting the square housings they match the 05-07 headlights better IMO and not cutting was required other than the cosmetic shrouds.
...pissed my build tread lost the pics but i have some somewhere in my massive photobucket download.

As far as the headlights I would really recommend finding a local shop. I did it myself with less then Stellar results. Then I found lightwerkz in North Jersey and drive up there and had them redo them. I wish the Bi-LED projectors were available when i did mine but talking to the guys at TRS will get you to where you will be happy if you want to try yourself.

I had someone do it mainly because my mom wasn't too pleased with me baking my headlights in the oven lol. But now that i have my own oven...screw it I'd do it again lol. It's actually not hard the hardest part is the consistent trimming then checking to see how the shrouds fit.
