Well I broke my truck sometime this week. Noticed it yesterday when i went to find out what the hell was rattling. On my front passenger side I broke the bracket thats welded to the axle that my leaf springs bolt to and track bar and steering damper. Broke right down the side.

It is calling it a shackle.
Your talking about the perch that is welded onto the tube?

Yea the part thats welded to the tube I think the shackle is on top of the tube isnt it?

Do you have any good off road shops near ?
I would check in with them.

I had to look at my pics to make sure that wasnt it otherwise I would be stabbing my self in my garage right now $28 bucks is alot better than the $100 I had to pay for the tow today. I already had it brought down to a shop Luckily I live in the Hi Desert in Cali so alot of the shops work on the off roaders around here.

 

Just take some time and do a little research on the shops.
You don't want the sloppy shop doing that work.
