Looks like that radiator needs to be re-cored.

I took it to a radiator shop and they patched up a few pinhole leaks, pressure tested it to 21 lbs and said it was good to go... for now..

Hi, Just want to say it Looks Great and the work you have done up to now is AWESOME!!! I have a 1958 Ford F250 I'm restoring and I have also a 292 Y block 4.8L and they are great engines and keep on Tickin. GOOD LUCK !!!! can't wait to see the rest of it..

The truck is really looking good. And that engine fire up video is too cool. But you will want to do something different with the bent rad support. All your front sheet metal keys off of that one part and if it's bent, you'll never get your fenders, grille and hood to all line up together and look right. Just my 2c.
