Driveline noise

I have a driveline clicking noise I can't seem to pinpoint. I've got mile marker 35 spline hubs, lock right in the front, and twin stick 205. The noise is coming somewhere from the t case forward. It almost seems like my hubs aren't fully unlocking causing my lock right to click, But I don't know of that's it. When driving down the road the twin sticks vibrate, so that kind of seems like a transfer Case bearing.

Aside from the hubs this set up is about 4 years old, everything was rebuilt with new bearings and seals, and serviced frequently. There aren't any leaks, and the ujoints are all tight.

Any preliminary thoughts? I plan on trying to accurately diagnose it this weekend, but I figured if post here for some direction.

It was suggested to me, to check for freeness of the hubs by crawling under and hand turning the driveshaft. If you cant turn it freely, the problem is hopefully a hub. My drivers hub was broken, causing the wheel to turn the driveshaft....

It's not rattling twin stick shifters is it? Mine rattle with spacer washers I put in the clevis holders. I'm swapping them out for plastic washers to lose the noise.
Otherwise yeah lose the front shaft and see what that does for ya.

It is rattling through the twin shifters, but it's only hustled started, I can hold pressure on the shifters and it goes away. I'm using 3 thrust bearings between the shifters bolts and trans housing, to eliminate both slack between the sticks and eliminate excess friction. Ill pull the shaft this weekend.

Sounds exactly like mine. I hold shifters and rattling goes away. Pull shifters then and go for a drive. Probably just your setup. I even contemplated cable shifters just cause I hate the sound but thick plastic washers will stop steel on steel sound.

If your mates are mongrills they put cable ties on your drive shaft when your not looking. The noise does your head in

I usually associate "clicking" with high u-joint angle and/or worn u-joints.
Is it double cardan and, if it is, is the centering ball worn, broke, or missing?
