New fuel pump, new relays, new coil pack, new battery, new starter WTF still having problems
Just like the title says, I was having trouble starting my truck every morning. I would have to cycle the key a hundred times for it to fire. Then sometimes it would just shut off on me in the middle of driving. I would have to pull off the side of the road and cycle the key again another billion times to crank it. Finally I said enough is enough and took it to a mechanic...he said the fuel pumps from autozone are crap and they come bad all the time. So he put new relays in it..again.. and a new pump from NAPA. He also checked the connection plug and cleaned that as well as inspected the fuel lines. Everything ran perfect and this morning we had the first cool morning of the year (florida) and i couldnt get it to fire...again cycled the key and got it working...then when driving to work it died on me in he midle of the street. I dont know what else to do and neither does he...he checked the plugs and wires and said they are fine..everything else looks great, the motor is rebuilt with only 11k miles on it PLEASE HELP im going crazy here. its a 95 short bed with one tank.

Parts replacement isn't diagnosis. Did your mechanic check for codes? Everything in these truck is computer controlled. If there is an issue the computer should be aware of it. Do you hear the pump run when you turn the key to the on position? Did he check the fuel pressure? Did he test anything?

i replaced all that crap myself just cause the batter was old, the starter was making a grinding sound like it was getting jammed...the coil pack was rusted. and the fuel pump on a hunch. When he got it he checked the fuel pump and said it wasnt giving enough pressure and put a new one in and tested it and worked fine...just for giggles he put 2 new relays in just cause they were cheap and had them already at his shop. and no i dont think he checked for codes...and yes even when the old pump was in it would kick on when i turned the key and turn off after a second but still no go...they all kick on...just no fire

You can check the codes yourself.
