I'm trying to get a number here, and "Yeah, you tool, we gots yer number!" ain't exactly what I'm looking for.
I'm looking for an OAL, overall six-cylinder engine length, 170/200 cubic inch: fan hub at front-to-bellhousing flange at rear; I'm guessin' around 34 inches, but I could be wrong......there's always a first time (today).

Reason: Delete excessive stoopidity
I got the weight offa the top of my head (460 lbs) but not the length.
You want it from water pump face to start of the bell or end of the block?
I would guess more like 37 inches but it's too cold, dark and rainy for me
to double check right now...
My Bronco: Bell housing to outer edge of 2v harmonic dampener is 31". Water pump, pulley's, fan spacer will vary your total length.
That's the number I was lookin' for!
From your sig: Which KB pistons are you running? How long have you been running the CI head? Any problems in service? Did the CI head come with a multiangle valve & seat job?

#1185 pistons for a 2.3L I4 Tempo. On the road since June 2010 with zero problems. I bought the bare head and had it built locally.
Good luck and enjoy.
