Morning FTE friends. I hope everyone has a great day.

We have the parent / teacher conference this morning, and then the minion and I will be installing our new heater controls.
Good to be able to do a little to the truck. Every little bit helps and hopefully is a step towards it being fully functional again.

 

Greg, I have those for the daughter tonight also.

 

OK, small update on my progress.

I have my heater controls out of the dash along with the cables. The lower control lever was severed at the pivot point, the cables were binding, and the light socket was gone entirely.
Thanks for sending the complete unit Pat. I have already tested the switch plugging directly into factory wiring and everything works. I was curious about the blower resistor but I have all speeds on the fan.
Stopping for lunch with minion then it will be reassembly time.
Once I am finished I will update my build thread with picks of the controls and my new cluster that I forgot to post updates for.
