It is made of fairly rugged steel I'm guessing 8-10 gauge though I'm no expert.

Good evening Clint.
I am preparing my used oil pan that I bought off eBay. Finished Grinding the paint off it, degreased it. It is drying in the basement. Going to do the metal ready step tomorrow then hopefully paint it with POR15 at work Friday.
Maybe not to you but I'm not set up to do a lot of metal bending. You need something to leverage against and I don't have anything to pry that thing back in to shape. I also am lacking a welder and I haven't welded anything since shop class in high school.

Portapower is what I was looking for. I'll be happy to haul it to your place when (if) you want to tinker. Doesn't need to be pretty, just functional before we get real snow.
NH DOT was putting down lots of salt today - hated to get it on big red.
