Wow...and I'm currently thinking of buying a 2004 with the 6.0L Have read all the horror stories but also read about what a great truck it can be if properly maintained. Man...such an "on the fence" decision!

I have an 04 and I love it yes it had the "problem" but I would not get rid of her. Get gauges and learn all you can about them and you will be OK!

doesn't sound like much of a settlement to me. The attorneys must have eaten first.

Attorneys always eat first. Especially in class action lawsuits. I've refused to participate in two cases for that very reason. The people who are damaged get $42.27 and the attorneys get $60 million.
