F250 5.4L aftermarkets
I have a 2007 F250 5.4L ext cab and im looking into aftermarket products to improve overall performance (horsepower/acceleration/torque, etc). I haven't seen many 5.4 mods for the F250 so can someone help me out where to start? interested in cold air intake and exhaust to start. know any that fit? All answers and advice welcome thanks for the feedback

What's your budget? Overall goal? More power for towing, seat of the pants feel etc...?
Best way to make that 5.4 a beast...forced induction (supercharger/turbo) full exhaust (headers, mid pipe) tune and lower gears.
Budget wise I'd skip the cold air and exhaust if you are looking purely for power. When I say exhaust I assume you're talking about a muffler swap. Those are good supporting mods but will leave you disappointed if those are the only mods.
While not cheap, gears are still the best bang for your buck for quicker acceleration.

Mostly for "feel in the pants" power. Haha I heard gears are a bad way to go if you are doing lots of highway driving as the rpms will rev really high. As for the supercharger, I didn't even know where to start. I didn't know I had room in the bay for a turbo in the first place. Point in the right direction? With the f250 5.4 it seems lots of after markets aren't fitting.

There's a difference between Turbo and Supercharged. Turbo uses your engines exhaust to spin the turbo to force induction into your new intake causing you to have that boost your pants will be satisfied with.
Superchargers use your engines rotation by way of new belt to a supercharger mounted on top of your engine. The higher the RPMs of your engine, the more boost you will feel out of the supercharger. The happier your pants will feel.
The Superduty with a 5.4L engine is the smallest engine available in a super duty. You have PLENTY of space in that engine compartment for either set up. Worst case scenario, you may need an "induction hood" or "cowl hood" to compensate for any clearance issues with a supercharger mod.
Most 5.4L superchargers I've found were made for the F150s with the 5.4s. The power ratings from Saleen twin screw supercharger was from 300HP to 450HP and it was a direct bolt on mod. Jack Roush also makes a nice supercharger for the 5.4L.
The cost of doing either turbo mod or supercharger mod is going to run you upwards of $5K - $7K. You will have to replace upper intake and a full exhaust with either mod to get the whole system to breath properly. I'd also recommend a good tunable chip and have the system dyno-tuned for maximum gain/performance.
Hope your pants are worth the investment.

How tall of a tire are you running, plan to run? What gears do you have now?
If I would have stayed at stock height on my 5.4 and wanted to go fast here would be my mod list.
1. Procharger D1SC with custom piping
2. Custom long tube headers
3. Off road/cat less mid pipe
4. 4:30 gears
5. tune
6. Misc supporting mods like fuel pump, colder plugs, custom muffler set up etc...
Gears will increase your highway rpm's, but you have to pay to play. Of course it's easy to spend someone else's money but if I wanted a gas super duty that is quick, that's what I'd do.
Modest set up however would be gears, mid pipe, muffler, and tune.
