Hi all, I made a new video on how to check for diagnose and fix the common grinding/humming noise from faulty wheel bearings.

A relatively loose castle nut on the spindle would cause that slight wobble.

If your axle nut is loose, your bearing would fail rather quickly and you would have a flopping wheel issue more than a grinding issue. These bearings are designed to have a clamp load. I have never seen a axle nut back off in all my years.
