2/4 drop questions

I droping my 82 2x4 flareside and what i want to know is so i have to do anything to the steering and stabilizer bars (front and rear)? Also i will need new shocks right? and where can i get some new bump stops or should i just cut the old ones to compinsate for the drop? Thanks for any help.

the ones one it believe were replaced already and i think they were replaced with ones off a 3/4 ton.
