Borg Warner T-87D 3 Speed Heavy Duty Manual Transmission ~ 1948/52 F1/F5 / 1953/66 F250/350.

The following is the only seal in this transmission (see parts catalog pic). Other leaks probably caused by seeping gaskets.

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 6 = 800-543-4959.
---------------------------------------------------------------------
B6A-7153-D .. Gasket Set / Obsolete

Thanks Numberdummy!!

I took the trans out and noticed that it was NOT leaking around the rear seal on the out put shaft. But it wet all below that and in front.

This thing sat for 41 years, when the gaskets get wet will they swell up and stop leaking or shoud I get the gasket set ant replace??
