2014 F250 King Ranch

I am thinking of buying a new King Ranch F250 with the 6.2 engine. It comes stock with the 3.73 gears, but feels slow off the line compared to my Tundra with a 5.7 and 4.30 gears. They offer the 4.30 ratio as a special order only. Anyone out there have any thoughts on this? I am pulling a non-fifth wheel trailer which is 9500 lbs, and was considering the F250 because of the stiffer suspension, and heavier frame. Does anyone know what I can reasonable expect for mpg and performance on the F250 with either of these gear ratios? I really don't think I want the deisel, as it adds 8k to an already very expensive truck.
