I am nearing the point of needing new tires for my truck and I am considering getting new after market polished wheels but I have questions about them. I have seen polished wheels on the road and to be honest most look dengy to me. Are they hard to keep nice and what do the winters do to them?

I had polished wheels on my last rig. They are somewhat easy to clean; I used Mother's Mag & Aluminum Polish to clean and remove the stains.
