Upgraded FD 4604 to FD 4616 ?

Was looking for fuel filters as it's getting time for my 75,000 mile service and cash is alittle tight this month, so I was looking around on E Bay and noticed the upgrade numbers. Does anyone know what was upgraded ? ( just bought a FD 4604 for 15.00 shipped ) Just wondering.......Bill

An exra O ring was added to the filter to my knowledge. Haven't used one yet.
