'42 Truck

G'day everyone, what have I been up to ? Well , renewed interest in CB radio, but now I'm back on track. I bought a new carb, the original
throttle pedal was in a bad position, so I changed to a cable operated throttle assembly sourced from a '99 Falcon. I made a spacer to go between
the carb and manifold using a modern plastic similar to Bakelite. The aircleaner is off a 1970s Falcon.
Here's a few photos.
Cheers Steve.

A few more photos,

BTW I'm making the front bumper at the moment, made of 5mm plate,
8'' deep, 2'' flanges.

The windshield washer bottle is out of a Falcon too, the jets will be mounted
towards the rear of the hood.
