F-4 clutch help
I had the clutch stick to the flywheel after letting the truck sit about eight weeks . Tried several things to get to free up no luck. It's was starting to chatter a little before I parked it. So I've pulled it out and found a 11 inch dic setup. Trying to order from Advanced Auto the picture they show is a six pad style clutch. I have a standard round clutch. What should I have here? Also I did have one bolt that didn't want to come out and snapped off, it's part of the e brake setup. In the photo in the link below it's part number 2616 I plan on drilling out the old bolt and tapping new threads. The picture also as what looks like a spring part number 2640 I don't have this part. Does anyone know what this ones and how I can find one or and specs on it?

You don't want the 6-pad clutch. If the hub and metal parts are in decent shape, take it to a brake and clutch shop and have it relined. Guaranteed to fit! One of the best clutch shops in the country for old cars/trucks is pretty close to you, Fort Wayne Clutch:
Fort Wayne Clutch & Driveline NEW & REBUILT / REMANUFACTURED CAR and HEAVY DUTY TRUCK CLUTCHES - CUSTOM DRIVESHAFTS
They can reline or replace anything you've got.
NAPA probably has it too, but it doesn't show on-line. It's a very common disc.
