I would log in stock and then say the tune you would typically drive in.

I got a nee phone yesterday and down loaded the torque app I have it all set and ready to go for when I get home. That was before whatever happened to the truck happened so now I've got to figure out that problem first. I will report back

Sorry... I lost track of this thread. Your ICP flat out sucks... it should be 2800 for stock and 2800-3000 on a tune. Your IPR is way too high, it should not really exceed 40%. The only missing data is FIPW. Your engine has a BP spill somewhere inside, the HPOP is too pooped to pop, or your tunes were right on the cusp when everything was shiny, but age has taken it over the cliff.

I'll explain that last part: It's possible your tunes worked fine with the condition of the truck one year ago, but age/miles has altered tolerances here and there. If your tunes took your truck right to the limit, and the limit moves just a little - heat, smoke, elevated boost, diminished oomph at high RPMs... the whole box lunch.

I have a drawer full of these tee-shirts... and not all of them are mine.

Want a fun experiment? Record your data while you give the truck about 1/2-throttle and again at about 3/4-throttle. I think you'll find something interesting... I did when I tried it.

Thanks a lot tugly that sounds like what happened. I now have proof I'm not crazy. I can get fipw too. So this is official that the hoop has taken a crap on me. I've been suspecting it but had no real evidence just a feeling.

Not yet. You still need to make sure that;

1. ICP you are seeing is correct.- Verify with a real gauge.

2. IPR is working as it should.- Not as easy

3. No HPO internal leaks.- I use a Hand hydraulic pump (porta-power) filled will 15-40 and gauge plumed in line to pressurize each head. If you can't build or hold say 2000 psi you have a problem on that side.

If this all checks out then you need a HPOP. Most HPOP's that get replaced are not the problem although they mask the real problem for a few thousand more miles.

Alright tugly I did a few passes at about half throttle. What the heck! In 80e half throttle I seen just over 2800 psi. I repeated this a hand full of times to make sure it wasn't a fluke. The last couple times once it hit 27-2800 psi I florred it and watched icp drop to 2100.

I knew you'd like that. Like I said... tee-shirts. So... your HPOP is getting it done at all rpms, there are no oil leaks, I know from experience IPR is in the green, fuel is leaving the field of suspicion and tune is taking the mound. I'd really focus on that FIPW now... give DP an email and see if Jody can dial it back just a little bit.

A T500 upgrade may very well get you back up to full power with the current tune... or not. Changing the tune is real cheap and easy. The T500? Not so much.

Fipw is between 2000-2100 sitting parked at idle. I've been eye balling the Srp1.1 for awhile now instead of the t500 to stay a step ahead for my future plans for the truck. I'm going to send DP a link to this threadand see what jody has to say about this. Hopefully well get this squared away here soon. Again thanks a lot guys I appreciate it.
