Hey, Does anyone know where replacement oem or oem style pin stripes can be found? I have looked at LMC NPD etc. I can't find any. The closest I found was an incomplete set of NOS stripes on ebay.

 

There are literally dozens of different types and colors, the major reason why no one reproduces them.

Look on your trucks Certification Label for the TAPE code.

Post it, I'll give you the original Ford part number.

The only problem with buying an original stripe kit is...it's prolly dried out, and so will be no good. That's a common problem with these kits.

Some ppl have had the stripes painted on.

FTE sponsor (obsolete Ford parts seller) GREEN SALES (800-543-4959) is prolly your best source for an original kit, but like I said, it'll prolly be NFG, and only usable for a pattern.

You will need to give them the TAPE code, because without it (even seeing a pic of one on the vehicle doesn't really help)...it's nearly impossible to get the correct p/n.

I need them too - for my '95 F-150 SuperCab XLT, only for the left fender that I replaced due to rust.

Its for my 1995 F150. On the door sticker, my stripe code says G. Here is what my stripes look like. There are 2 different ones the first is the upper one and the second is the bottom one.

Hello, I also need Stripe Tape for the tail gate of my truck. Its a '95 F150 white with bronze (santa fe) on the lower body. The problem I am having is the "tape" on the door jab sticker does not have a code. The tape stripe looks like the picture above but it is bronze with white pine stripes in it. The truck has the original paint and I am friends with the original owner so I know its all factory. The vin is 1FTEX14N35KB66016. Any help greatly appreciated.

Its was a while ago but the guy at y2kfordparts found me the stripe that I needed. It was an original discontinued factory stripe.

 

Here is a picture of the newly painted tail gate with the stripe installed:

I emailed them back when this thread was first started and never heard back. I'll have to try again. I'm glad it worked out for you. Hopefully, it will for me as well.

To answer your question that you emailed me, yes I am wanting top and bottom, so both stripes.

Does it matter if the truck is regular cab short box, regular cab long box, extended cab short box, etc? Mine is regular cab long bed.

My truck's tape code is G.

Those descriptions sound right. I know that my truck has opal gray for its interior and the silver paint on the side.
