223 I-6 Front Motor Mount

The front upper & lower motor mounts on the 223 in my 55 F100 has seen better days and I would like to replace it however there are no procedures in my shop manual. I suspect it's a matter of removing the bolt then placing a block of wood on my floor jack and slightly raise the engine but I'm just not sure if that is the correct way to go about it. If anyone has done this I would really appreciate some guidance. Many thanks. Steve

There's nothing to it. It's just how you described.
