Hi guys. Ok, found that my extension cord was going bad. When I was unplugging my shop vac-was cleaning the truck to test cord- the ground stayed in the outlet. Glad it wasn't anything more. Thanks for the feedback fellas. I am going to replace my cord and plug back in to ensure that was the problem.
