Here is the #2 option
Pitman Arm Puller & Tie Rod Puller
The first one costs a little more but your not removing the joint.

Well, I got 'er done. The only hang-up was that damn collar lock safety thingy that I had to unbolt to get the sleeve to rotate. All said and done, I nailed it arrow straight on the first go around. Thanks for the help.

Nope. The wheel may be off center a bit but wheel alignment won't be affected.
