Aftermarket Exhaust

I have a chance to get this at what seems to be a fair price. I am waiting though to see what brand it is. Based on the description and pictures, what are your thoughts? I know there are a lot of smart people in here who know a lot more than I do. Thanks!

I have a used aftermarket exhaust for sale off my 2010 ford f-250 super duty. 5" down pipe back flo-pro exhaust with 6" black tip. Bought a new truck which is why I'm selling. It was only used for 6 months. Asking $300.00

Looking like diesel or is it just me?

My magnaflow tip looks an awful lot like that and yes, at first glance I would guess diesel.

That diameter usually applies to aftermarket diesel exhausts. Downpipe = turbo = diesel. I would say it’s a No-Go for the 6.2. For what it’s worth, I love my FloMaster cat back...

Thanks for the quick responses. Just got a response and it is a Flo Pro for a 6.4. PM me if anyone in the MD area has a 6.4 and wants the link to contact him.

Newboss - Does this heave any effect on the factory warranty? I'm very interested in 5 star tuning but nervous about the warranty as this is the first vehicle I've owned that had one. Any drone, as this will be our tow rig for long trips?

I have a 5 star tuner and the catback and it has helped the throttle response greatly, no drone that I have noticed. If you are worried about your warranty I would recommend waiting until the warranty has expired. Theres never any telling what the dealership will use to get out of warranty work.

That's what I was afraid of, thanks!

I'm itching to do exhaust and tune but I guess it's not in the cards.

Changed up the exhaust on my 2013. Was gonna do a magnaflow but decided I'd start just by removing the secondary muffler and see how that sounded for a while. It's a little bit louder than what I was looking for but it's smooth and not obnoxiois. I got rid of the rear exit exhaust too. I just put a short downward facing tip on the end of the muffler. Looks way better than that dull galvanized steel exhaust system.

I posted in another thread that I recently put a Magnaflow on my V10, and on the first tank got 1 mpg better mileage towing.

I am seriously considering putting one on my 6.2 just to see if it helps any.
