F250 steering problem...help
FINALLY got the part and person to help install them. The steering gear was the apparent problem because once the new one was installed, the steering was fine ( still using the original pump that was there).
I had to return the core old gear for the rebate, so I may never know what was really going on inside the gear.
I did get a direct email from someone who had the 'exact' same problem.
