2011 F250 6.2L No Start No Crank

2011 F250 6.2L No Start No Crank
We have a 2011 F250 6.2L, 4x4 that will not crank or start.
The gear indicator on the instrument cluster will flash back and fourth on Park and M.
We have checked all the fuses, battery, starter, checked the connector on the parking brake, changed internal harness on the transmission, changed the park neutral safety switch, checked the connectors on the ECM, checked the wires on the floor by each door, checked the grounds, checked power, replaced ECM/PCM with no change.
If we jump the starter it will run.
The codes it currently displays are:
P0122
P0135
P0155
P0480
P1124
P1288
P1397
CP16A-00
P1636
P1711
P2135
P0706
P161AC
P160A
P1921
B1175-01
C1000-11
B132B-15
B1313-15
P1D03-15

Please tell me what you did to fix this.
Same truck you have, no start, no crank.
