Hello Andy. You can find inexpensive ones at harbor freight.
I use a large socket that fits the seal. You need a 3/4 or 1" set for that. I just put an extension in the socket, and tap it in lightly until the seal seats
Make sure to put a little grease on the rubber part of the seal so when you put the axle in, it don't rip the rubber.
