Love that picture from your grandpa's dinner.

Usually when the carbs weep around the bowl is beacuase someone over tightened the screws and warped the carb body

thank you for the compliments, I really appreciate them and I keep that diner picture hanging in my garage, he was a great man

yes sir, that's what it looks like Jim. as far as I know you have to heat body and put in vise to straighten. Is that correct? any pointers?

maybe this weekend if it rains I will get to it, those dang 1904's...should be a pro at em when I get her dialed

I always buy Gilroy farms garlic instead of that stuff from golly knows where.

That is something I have never heard of in all my years. I hope it works and I will have learned something new.

The Garlic Festival is still on my "to do" list. I've been through Gilroy a few times but never the right time

I saw something on the interwebz about the ears on the 1904 float bowl. And it did involve heat.

Lookin great! Quick tip, Alcohol Prep Swabs from CVS or any pharmacy will bring your white dash ***** back to like new condition. Use nitril gloves cause your fingers will be hating life if you don't. It takes about 2-3 minutes per ****.
