turbo recommendation

hi, my signature has my mods below. avoiding messing with injectors due to passing smog test. just want to get some opinions from others on what turbos to look into, thanks

For the total stock look I'd go with a rebuilt OE with a Riff Raff billet wheel, or a step up but looking almost OE a 38R. As I understand it the 38R was designed by IH for the 7.3 and would have been OE if Ford had continued with it. So it is very well matched. When I upgrade those are the two I will choose from. Beyond that the other turbo options will not look stock and you'll probably need new tunes and sticks to take advantage of the additional CFMs.

I expect you'll get more opinions. Just remember that I'm right and they are wrong.

Are you talking Peoples Repubic of Kalifornia smog or ?

Look for the thread for NorCal GTG Sept 21, come on down and check the turbos, suds, bbq, etc.
