A 460 weighs in at 720 pounds, a 302 450. You may have to upgrade your springs. I assume that your frame is already boxed where your MII crossmember is. I believe that there are several members here who have a 460 in their F1's who may chime in.
Speedway, Jegs, Yogi's probably carry the mounts. You may be able to google that.

It depends on the 460, when they first came out they had lots of HP. By the time they got pollution controlled they were down to 225HP. A giant gas sucking slow hog. But the early ones were giant gas sucking powerful hogs.

While I have a 55 vice a 49. I installed a 429 over a Mustang II frontend a couple years ago. After trying to find mounts I ended up designing and made my own. I made sure when I ordered it from CPP that the springs would be heavy enough which they are. Clearance may be an issue. I am running an electric fan and while I could have moved mine forward a bit more it would not have been that much difference. I have about 3/4" between the left head and firewall. Also, the C6 takes almost twice the horsepower to move vice a C4. BTW I have pictures of the mounts I made in my garage.

If the engine mounts fall behind the crossmember, Mid Fifty Home - Mid Fifty F-100 Parts sells a universal cut to length tubular mount for the 460 as well as side frame mounts that likely could be adapted to the F1 or check with Classic Haulers Home - Classic Haulers F-1 Parts Mid Fifty's sister company (literally the two businesses are owned by sisters).
Does you 460 have a front sump oil pan? if it does, you will need to source a rear sump pan and pump to clear the crossmember.
