Engine surges at times or runs rough

I have the v-10 in my F-250 Superduty. We put a computor on it and it says fuel mixture to lean to both banks. I think it may be the fuel filter sock but not sure, any ideas?

Hello Jeff McMullen and welcome to FTE.

Lean on both banks could be a fuel delivery issue, but I would suspect a vacuum leak to start with.
