Has anyone put a 4.6 in a 1959 F100?
Newb here. Bought a 1959 F100 with no motor or trans. It's already been lowered with drop axle and monoleaf springs in front, axle flip in rear. I am considering a 4.6 FI Ford from a Crown Vic or Mustang. Has anyone done this swap? Any advice? Thanks, Jim

I just stumbled on to your build. Any chance of getting some of those missing pictures reposted? I'd really like to see your brake linkage set up among other things.
What size tires are you running on those wheels? Looks to be a good fit. Why the narrower wheel on front? Was space an issue?
Is the hub to hub width on the front and rear the same as it was stock or does it vary one way or the other?
Sorry for so many questsions. I'm building a 57 also. I like the looks of your engine, but I had to go with the deal I had. It's a 2011 4.6L and 4 speed automatic out of a totalled Police Crown Vic.
Looking forward to learning more about your build, looks great.
