Those are some awesome shots, Rich. I'm up and getting ready to down the first cup of coffee. Hopefully, I can sell some stuff today and make a little money. I have a bunch of phone calls to return and a big red truck to get crackin' on again.

*sigh* .....back at it, now.

Brian those are some awesome photos, you got to see a whole lot more of Alaska at a much better pace. And eye level lets you get "into" the effect of the landscape around you.

Find any doors yet? I have a lead on a secret JY up Holden.....

Truck developed a pin hole leak in one of the ridiculous little hoses that run coolant up and around the throttle body yesterday. So i decided why not back flush the system and see if I can't unclog my heater core. Back flush and chemical flushing didn't work so I pulled the heater hoses and went with forcing as much pressure into as i could. Man was that thing clogged. The amount of rust and nasty that came out of that core was disturbing but everything flows free and clear and my heat works now which no changing a pain in the *** heater core. Go me.

Thats all i have been up to
Oh and playing with my mower

Nope, still don't have any but I don't have any money either so it doesn't matter. I may be forced to sell my 60's soon if I don't come up with some cash.

This place is starting to look normal again. I got the knee-high grass under control after many hours of cutting, raking, cutting, raking, etc. The grass CLIPPINGS were 4" deep!

I got the mowers washed off and the red truck parked out front again just in time to get rained on.

I DID sell an engine today, so the extra money after vacation is nice. Hopefully I sell my friend's Firechicken tomorrow and I get a finder's fee from that as well. Then I had someone interested in the Chevelle, too. If he's still interested, maybe I'll be on my way to buying a house and getting out of this place.

Will do, Rich.

I haven't done anything since I came inside. I need to replace the starter in the Chevelle, but have ZERO motivation to do it.

With all the driving you have been doing I am sure your tail end is still in Tennessee somewhere....

It the weather stays bad, rain, excess moisture in the air, humidity... what is the chance you might need to take it to your work and finish it in doors after hrs?

If you can even do that sort of thing? Let me know and I can hook up to the trailer and make it happen.

O2 sensors changed - man what a pain. I'm beginning to side with Alan about these new fangled vehicles. I can fix'em but I really don't enjoy it as much as the old ones. I had trouble getting my fat hands in to snap a couple of the connections together, but the engineers were nice enough to leave enough room to slide a zip-tie through the latch and cinching it up tight did the trick. Zip-ties = Red neck safety wire!

Hey Dave. ....welcome to my world.

Rich. I'll get it done, just gimme a second with it. If I have to build a garage around it, I will. I don't want to take anything to the shop if I can help it. I don't want any excuse to compensate my wages.
