well boys, i had planned to be there, but my entire weekend of plans got mixed up. my plan for a 2-day hike on friday-saturday, turned into a 4 day hike in the wilderness outside skykomish. got back home this evening and no way i was gonna drive down there right after getting home from that!

Doubt you're still there but you can put a piece of wire or something in where the handle pivots and pop the lock that way, I used the handle off a 5 gallon bucket the last time.
If no luck then I could be there in a bit from Everett on my way to SeaTac.

Yeah I forgot my wing window was already broke and could be opened from the outside. It all worked out . This meet wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, 3 people is better than 0 people. The drive home was fine except I just got home and it's now 4:30am... I ended up stopping at my work for soda and stayed just a bit longer than I planned . Free soda and doughnuts though.

BruteFord got a link for the diesel airplane
It seemed to have a soft crash landing.
