You hate sanding? I spent most of the day today sandblasting my '37 Buick, now that's rotten job. Sandblasting has to be the worse job related to the old car/truck hobby. At least it was a nice day, stayed around 70° all day, partly cloudy but no rain.
Your pictures remind me a lot of about 20 years ago when I was putting my F-2 back together. Nice job.

RPM, that is good progress. Thanks for the pictures.
Now there is something I'll recommend.....
Put the wheels and driveshaft on, bleed the brakes, fire up the engine, lash a chair to the frame and take it for a ride around the yard before the cab goes on. It's a freakin' hoot, trust me!
Not only that, it is a great time to learn the areas that need attention - loosen the things that are too tight, tighten the things that are too loose, see the exhaust clamp leaks, put even more grease in all the fittings, etc. Once you have the cab on, getting to reach all those things will be a challenge.
I rigged up a standard wall light switch as an ignition, a push-button starter solenoid and I could fire it up and shut it off from the beach chair.
Not only that, if you have any neighbors that are still wondering if you are nuts or not...the frame ride will allow them to make their final decision.
Tom.

Hey guys its been a while since I been on here but I just haven't had a chance to work on the truck lately. I'll get some more done here soon and get pics up!i am kind of curious about. The rear bumper o. Is that factory on this truck or I'd it an option or just some custom thing?? I like it better than the "channel iron" bumper but would like to know more thanks
