Seriously.

How cool would that be? Imagine a FWD F100.

Wouldn't have enough 'get-up-and-go' to pull a sick trollop off a porcelain device!

You must think that Honda only makes one engine, since you didn't clarify which one and from what.

You wanna F100 with FWD? Swap in a 500 cid V8 engine and transaxle from a 1970's Cattle-hack El Dorado.

Or, ifin you want better MPG, swap in a 455 cid V8 & transaxle from a 1966/72 Oldsmopile Toronado, the exact same setup that GM used in their Class A FWD Motorhome.

Been there, done that, and still have my extended crewcab with a 472ci front wheel drive caddy in it!

Actually, the guy is on to something. I have been thinking over my afternoon wine and searching the Internet.
There is an outfit in Bugistan that makes a kit that mounts a 6 hp Briggs-Stratton lawn mower engine directly to the present heater bolt holes. You have to give up the heater.
The unit comes with an extended heavy-duty speedometer cable which runs to the rear of the trans and drives everything. An option is a heavy-duty metal drive gear to replace the plastic gear in the transmission. You can choose your ratio but you only get one speed.
You give up the engine.
Mileage is out of this world but acceleration is not so good.
There is also an option for a kit to to exit the exhaust gases from the motor through the fender apron. It includes special door gaskets for the passenger's side.

I think AREA ought to mount it to the left fender apron. Used as a generator to power the batteries for his rear suspension and sound system.

Mounts are easier to fab up using this motor. Even though this might be to much horse power for you.
Good luck with your build.

That's better, a Suburban with a Honda engine.
