83 f250 making of the beast

Been wanting to build a truck for a while, had a chance to get another f250 identical to my previous one and also brought a 91 diesel crew f350 from a neighbor so the build started. Here's some progress pictures so far.

Interior before and after

Thanks, still hunting for driveshafts as the np t case is more compact so the driveshafts don't fit

got a couple things done on the truck the past couple weekends. the person that bought my previous truck gave me a set of bucket seats, so I put them in.

also started the tu-tone paint job.

had the cowl off a 87-91 body, I preferred it because it keeps leaves out of the a/c better, painted and installed it as well

next need to take my driveshafts to a shop to have them cut to the proper size as I couldn't find any in the junkyard

Thanks! the red will be bordered by a blue pin stripe, wanted a funky 80s color scheme. love the tu-tones ford came up with in the 80s.

yeah for sure. started prepping the 7.3 for the swap. got it out of the donor frame and moved over by the truck. removed all the accessory brackets and wiring harness. today I took off the fan on the waterpump and the threaded portion for the fan clutch came off with it, so now I get to replace the waterpump as well. ordered the flywheel, clutch kit, valve cover gaskets, oil pan gasket, and injector return line kit.
