2012 Explorer A post rattle

Ok I've had a few problems with my WIFES 2012 XLT explorer, Both A post pieces of plastic flying off on the freeway less than 3 months old... now after 2 years we have a rattle.... I want to take it to the dealer and say what the f over, but they'll bs me and pretend to take it on a drive and tell me nothings wrong so im asking for your guys help. whats wrong with my A post? heres the video

Im hoping we can fix this....

Doubt they would BS you as this is a well known problem, and updated parts have been in production for a long time now. We keep plenty in stock, though most vehicles have already had them replaced by now.

So i understand, you havent taken it in but you think they wont fix it ?

And presume this is on previous yr models only as I've not heard it and the wife has not beat me amongst the head complaining about it. :-)

In fact, she said last nite that she still loves her sport after 7000 miles or so!
