Despite the sellers description, this style of mirror is not a West Coast aka Western Jr. (see types 2 & 3 for what this mirror looks like).
Introduced in 1975, this type of mirror is: Type 8 Recreation - Swing Out - Low Profile - Gooseneck
Econoline mirror not the same as F100/350's due to the shape of the door contour.
