ABS light remains on after 2004 E350 Super Duty Van 4x4 Conversion
I recently converted my 04 E350 Super Duty van to 4x4 using a front axle out of an 05 F250 Super Duty and now the ABS light is always on. Any advice on what I can do to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated!

Let's start with a few questions.
What was done to integrate the new axle into the van ABS circuitry? Was the ABS light on before you started this swap?

I just connected the existing original ABS wires to the new front axle from the F250 front axle swap and the ABS dash light stays on all the time. It worked fine with the original setup.

Have you tried fitting the original '04 sensors to the new axle?

Thanks for your help! I will try using the old sensors and see if this helps. Do you know if the sensors from the 04 E350 2 wheel drive front end will be compatible with the 05 4x4 front axle? Thanks!
