I found mine just the opposite, The front all lined up with existing holes and I screwed them right in. The rear was not the same? the 2 bottom holes lined up but I wound up using the self tapping screws the kit came with to bore new holes. In the end it came out real good, it took the longest putting the rubber seal around each flare.

The good thing about these flares was that all the holes for the fake studding was pre drilled. Bushmaster flares dont come pre drilled, so that adds that much more time.

That's weird Cleaner. My clips must have been rusted and broke or something. My back ones lined right up.

They are 295 70 18 .
