Air only blows out defrost!

After replacing #3 injector and both stand pipes and dummy plug, air AC/ outside air only blows out the defrost. I only unplugged 1 vacuum line, any suggestions! Had no previous issues prior to this. My climate control is all push button, air will not come out dash vents or floor only defrost.

I just checked the vacuum pump. Is it supposed to run continuously and sort of loud for such a small pump?

Defiantly a vacuum leak. Check the vacuum line right behind the oil fill spout.

You can hook a vacuum gauge to it to verify once you are done but I would check any/all vacuum lines. maybe something got bumped when the repair was being performed.

Vac line to the heater control valve is a ******* to likes to come off randomly. Bad timing and failed auto hubs maybe.

check the tiny gray vacuum line above your pass valve cover. it goes on a port above the heater hose/map hose area. easily missed or sometimes falls off....beaten by seconds tech
