As the tank is 270ltrs I didn't bother with the Harpoon mod. I was able to just drop the front half of the tank to get at the fuel pick-up port. Then work from there. It wasn't too bad!
I was thinking the same thing about the harpoon, not worth quibbling
about the last couple of litres.

The idea of not having to completely drop the tank sounds good, thanks
for the tip.

IAH gone.
RR AIH plug in and boost gauge connected.
All the in cab gauge wiring is done, just
got to splice into the dash light circuit.
Wiring run for thermocouple, oil pressure
sender and tranny temp sender.
HPx done.

Next step is get under and install the senders
and the bypass oil filter.

Then the hutch thing and auxillary fuel filter.

The saga has begun!

BrianB, better get your signature line happening.

That way when you ask a question everyone will know what you've already covered with regards to your truck.

Good point, have to get it done.
I will have to get the camera out and take some photos as well.

Managed to get the thermocouple mounted into the exhaust manifold today.
Also fitted the tranny temp probe and bolted the bypass oil filter canister
mounted and the hoses conected and run.

Have to get a tee fitting tomorrow so I can connect the filter lines and
the oil pressure sensor hooked up to the engine.

It's due for an oil change so I'll do all the oil line stuff while the sump is
empty.
