I know how you feel Tim. I already want the week to be over but I still have a day left this week.

 

I do to. I have to work tomorrow as well, plus I worked all weekend last week. 13 days straight

 

I have done that before Tim. I know how it feels and it is not fun at all. At the end of it one feels rather drained.

 

Also starting the search for brake pads for the truck. Getting close to replacement time for the fronts. Will have to replace them after my trip north.

 

I have had good luck with EBC green brake pads.

 

I have been looking at them or the akebonos. Have managed to get a good life out of the factory pads so far. almost 57K on the original pads. They are down to 40% now and will do well through the road trip but might as well get the replacements now and have them ready to go on the truck.

 

The ebc greens lasted 80k on the wifes van and they still had 20% left when I changed them. Definitely got my monies worth out of those.

 

Sounds good. I figure with the added weight of the winch I should get the better aftermarket pads. Will probably put some good rotors up front as well.

The van weighs 4400 pounds so its got some weight and the wife is not easy on the left peddle!
